Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Delivery Providers
We use Canada Post to ship your order and we are not liable for:
- mistakes made by Canada Post
- wrong address given by customers
- damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
- stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The shipping & handling charge for orders under $150 is $20, for orders of $150 and over, we ship for free nationwide!!
Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.
Shipment Destinations and P.O. boxes
Topshelf-express.net only ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes. Customers are welcome to utilize international shipping services such as Reship to receive packages outside of Canada.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 2pm PST will only be processed the following business day.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
topshelfexchange.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
topshelfexchange.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend taking pictures of any shipping defects as it helps with your claim.50
