By Purchasing From Topshelfexpress.c0 you agree to the following:

• I will not resell or share my medicinal cannabis
• I will not transport any medicinal cannabis products outside of Canada.
• I will use my medicine in a responsible manner, and will keep medicinal products out of reach of children and pets.
• I will not drive or operate heavy machinery while under the influence of my medication.
• I agree that Topshelf Express is not responsible for shipping delays.  Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays.  In the event of a shipping delay, Topshelf Express will work with Canada Post or Purolator on your behalf to get the package to you as quickly as possible.
• In the rare event of a missing or lost package, I agree to wait until Canada Post completes their investigation before a replacement package is sent.
  • I agree that if I contact Canada Post I will forfeit any chance of a replacement package or refund for the order
  • I agree that I will not communicate the contents of the package contain cannabis or cannabis products to Canada Post. 
  • If I tell Canada Post the package contains cannabis I forfeit any chance of a replacement package being sent or a refund made to me.
• I am responsible for any additional shipping charges on any packages returned to Top Shelf Express as a result of incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses on the order.
• Any product quality issues must be reported to Top Shelf Express within 30 days of receipt.
